How much time does this take each day?
15 to 20 minutes. You'll get one email each morning with one idea and one action. The live calls are 30 minutes. The WhatsApp group is there when you want it, not an obligation.
Is this just for men?
No. This isn't Man Morning. The Reset is for anyone (men and women) who's in a season that's full, hard, or both.
What if I can't make the live calls?
The calls will be recorded and shared in the WhatsApp group. The daily emails and workbook are the core experience. The calls are a bonus, not a requirement.
What's the refund policy?
Show up Day 1 and Day 2. If it's not for you by end of Day 2, email me and I'll refund you in full. Keep the workbook.
I already have the 1-Day Method planner. Is this different?
Yes. The planner is a solo tool. The Reset is the method done live, with real people, in real time. The structure is familiar. The experience is completely different.
What happens after the 7 days?
You keep lifetime access to all the materials. And you'll leave with a reset scorecard that fits the season you're actually in. What comes next is something we'll talk about on Day 7.
