The #1 Daily Health Habit

Between meetings, errands, and endless to-dos, your health should feel like a steady rhythm, not another task.

With 75+ vitamins, minerals and pro/prebiotics - it’s one of the easiest things you can do for your health –all for less than $3 a day.

Many of your dreams have already come true.

You've just been too busy to notice.

A few years back, I walked into my garage and looked at our old white fridge sitting in there.

When I was a kid, I thought people who had fridges in their garages had made it.

We lived in apartments most of my childhood so a garage fridge meant you were rich.

And there, in my garage, was an old fridge. And there was food in it!

It hit me in that moment that all was well in my life.

Unfortunately, many of us are too busy chasing what’s next to notice what we’ve already earned.

You’re chasing the next milestone while standing on top of dreams you had 10 years ago.

Think about it

The house you live in is probably bigger than what you dreamed about at 25.

The car you drive might be better than anything you thought you'd own.

The opportunities you provide your kids with exceeds what you had growing up.

Your ability to take a vacation without saving for years was once a dream.

The respect people show you at work is real and earned.

Even the simple things we overlook.

The coffee you drink.

The restaurants you can afford.

The fact that you can buy your kids things without thinking twice.

These were all dreams once.

But you moved the goalposts so fast you forgot to realize you’ve already scored quite a few touchdowns.

Even though we lost that home and garage and refrigerator in a wildfire earlier this year, I'll never forget that moment.

It reminded me that even in challenging seasons, so many of my dreams have come true.

So have yours.

One way to acknowledge your wins is by getting clear on what actually matters each day.

This doesn't mean stop pushing.

It means stop and acknowledge what you've already gone through to get here.

You've been working so hard to become someone you probably already are.
