🏡 ON THE MARKET FOR A HOUSE OR INVESTMENT PROPERTY?

Two things grabbed our attention. First, the 5 most expensive states to purchase a house are Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. Hawaii’s median home price is a cool $615,300. The cheapest place to buy a home is Iowa with a median home price of $147,800 (Oskaloosa is a hidden gem).

Second, if you’d like a $2,500/month mortgage payment with 20% down, you can afford a $476K house today. But get this: back in early 2021, with the same mortgage/down payment combo this number was $759K. (Sources: CNBC & Bloomberg)
