Motivation, humor, and honesty from a man actively dodging a midlife crisis so you can too.

Quick question. No right answer.
Are you in it right now?
Not “are you going through something.” Not “are you okay.”
Are you in it?
The kids have full schedules and you're the calendar. Work isn't slowing down and nobody's coming to save you. You're running a business, raising a family, managing aging parents from a different state, fielding the calls and the texts and the permission slips and the deadlines and the thing you forgot to reschedule.
Or maybe it’s heavier than that.
Maybe something broke. A relationship. A home. A career. A plan you had for this year. Maybe you’re rebuilding something and you’re doing it with one hand because the other one is still holding the thing that fell apart.
Or maybe it’s both at once.
Busy and broken. And nobody built a playbook for that.
I’ve been thinking about this a lot.
Because I’m in it right now. Deeply.
Running a business. Raising 10-year-old twins with packed schedules. Totaled my car a few weeks ago. Aging family out of state. A lot being asked of me from every direction..
And that’s just the visible stuff.
The tools that worked when life was simpler don’t work when life is full.
Not because the tools are bad. Because the season changed.
New season. New scorecard.
I'm going to write about this more. Starting next week, I'm writing from inside it.
Not a pivot. Not a rebrand. Just me being honest about the season I'm in, and the thing I'm building because of it.
If you're in it right now (busy, broken, or both), I think you're going to want to read what's coming.
More Tuesday.
Antonio
P.S. If you read this and someone came to mind, someone who’s in it right now, forward this to them. Sometimes knowing you’re not the only one is the whole thing.
