Success Story.

At 28, and weighing over 400 pounds, Sal Bruno faced a turning point.

He looked in the mirror one morning and decided that he had wasted enough time. He was done letting the people down that cared about him most.

Fueled by his wife’s pregnancy and the support of his Bay Area (CA) Man Morning crew, Sal embarked on a health & fitness journey.

By the end of 2023, he made remarkable progress including:

This led to losing nearly 100-pounds, bringing him down to 327 pounds.

But Sal’s not finished. He aims to shed another 90 pounds by the end 2024.

This Changes Everything.

Write down the year that you were born on a piece of paper.

For example:


Now, write down a dash after the year like this:

1980 —

Now, add 80 to the year that you were born and put it after the dash like this:

1980 –­ 2060

What you see is roughly YOUR life span (if you’re lucky).

How does that make you feel?

This ride isn’t forever.

But if you do it right, it’s long enough.
