🛟 THIS WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE

The stakes are higher than ever for you to make time for men in your life.

So high that having a support network of allies could save your life.

Studies have shown that loneliness can increase the risk of death by more than 25%.

This is concerning given that the average American now spends more than 10 hours a day alone.

This is unacceptable. It’s having a devastating effect on men.

Though you may not spend more than 10 hours a day alone, let’s be clear:

Isolation is your enemy.

How do you shift from isolation to connection?

By having something on your calendar and making time for men in your life.

A key tenet of Man Morning is opting out instead of opting in.

Instead of a bunch of text messages the night before a meetup asking, “Who’s in for tomorrow?,” it's expected that you'll be there.

Unless you specifically opt out.

With Man Morning, you don’t confirm. You show up.

If you haven’t started or joined a Man Morning in your community yet, find other weekly events with men to put on your calendar.

This could be:

  • Joining a men’s group

  • Meeting a group of friends for breakfast

  • Participating in a sports league

  • Attending a faith study group

  • Taking a group fitness class

Activities like these can provide a sense of belonging and camaraderie.

They can help you learn more about yourself and achieve your goals.

It’s time to build, or recommit to, your support network.

Be willing to depend on someone.

Reach out.

Build connections.

Create or join a community of men committed to living their best lives.

☁️ LET YOUR SHADOW BE YOUR SHADOW

📱HOW TO DECREASE TESTOSTERONE

Smart phones and your penis don’t mix.

Meta-analysis indicates that smart phones disrupt male hormones like testosterone and fertility.

What can you do about it?

Step 1: Don’t keep your phone in your front pocket near your meat and veg (even when Wi-Fi and the phone is turned off).

Step 2: Watch this short clip.

Step 3: Listen to more than 4 hours on this topic.

That's it for today.
