Wise Words.

“I found out that there weren’t too many limitations, if I did it my way.”

Johnny Cash

Unseen Hours.

What you do when no one is watching determines your level of success.

Rock Bottom Not Required.

The idea that you need to hit rock bottom to learn life's lessons is nonsense.

Why wait for a health crisis, marriage problems, substance abuse issues, or financial struggles to change?

The lessons from those who've been there before you are valuable warnings to take action before it's too late.

People depend on you.

Don't wait for a bad diagnosis to start taking care of your health and fitness.

Integrating small daily habits in diet, exercise, and managing stress can help you avoid bigger issues down the line.

Make sure to have on-going check-ups with your doctor and do regular blood work.

Bonus: If you could use some accountability, work with a coach, nutritionist, or trainer.

Marriages deteriorate gradually, not “out of the blue.”

Be proactive.

Have tough conversations.

Continue to court her.

Use lead measures to stay connected.

Consistent communication, appreciation, and respect are your friends.

The idea of needing to hit "rock bottom" with substances like alcohol or drugs is dangerous.

Rock bottom can involve those who love you crying at your funeral or losing everything that’s important to you.

If you think you have a problem, you probably do.

Seek out support from those you love or professionals to help get you on the right path.

Putting off financial planning and investing can lead to regrets.

Sometimes even bankruptcy.

Learning from others' financial struggles can motivate you to continue to save, invest, and plan for an amazing today and future.

Work with a fiduciary financial professional to create a more secure and joyful future.

Remember financial planning is life planning.

You don't need to learn from your own downfalls.

Leveraging the wisdom of those who've gone before you, along with a using resources like books, courses, coaches, and men's communities, can help you live a richer life.

Choose the smoother path.

The one that doesn’t require rock bottom.

Get This.

Like most professionals, I’m regularly on Zoom or Teams video calls for meetings or virtual keynotes.

However, I don’t like wearing bulking headphones when delivering presentations.

These top notch ear monitor headphones allow you to look, feel, and hear like a pro.

I really dig that people can’t even tell I’m wearing them.

If you’d like to improve your on-camera game and look like a pro while doing it, give these a try.

Note: These do not have a microphone. They’re just for audio.

The Web.

People like you even more than you think. Eliminate fat with these 15-minute workouts. It’s not who you know, it’s who knows this. Do magic hangover pills work? Define your rich life. Scientists found 4 gigantic mountains in the ocean.

That’s it.

Forward to someone who will appreciate it.
