Doing something you don’t want to do that will improve your life is a superpower every man has that very few use.

Every man can face a challenge when it comes to discipline.

Most know exactly what needs to be done.

But the motivation to actually do it can often fall short.

Modern day distractions are appealing.

The allure of immediate gratification can place many obstacles in your life.

Even more, there's a misconception that discipline leads to boredom.

The truth is that you already use discipline in different aspects of your life.

Consider your dedication to your job, golf, or smoking meat on your smoker on the weekends.

The discipline is there...

Now it's about channeling it effectively in other areas of your life.

Every action is driven by a purpose.

Climbing a mountain is motivated by the reward of the view at the top.

Likewise, it's essential to find a clear reason behind why you’re doing what you’re doing.

Maybe you're eating clean to ensure a long and healthy life with your family.

Perhaps journaling is your way of being present and mindful in your daily life.

Or, you get up an hour before your family does to workout because you know as the day progresses the odds of sweating greatly decreases.

It’s critical to have a clear why to keep you going even on the days when you don’t want to do what’s best for you.

To level up discipline in your life, surround yourself with men who make you better.

Guys who hold you accountable to be the best version of yourself.

No one who has accomplished anything of significance did it alone.

Neither should you.

Something that can help keep you disciplined, is tracking your activity.

Use tools like notebooks or spreadsheets to track your progress and daily wins.

Documenting your actions offers insights into your patterns and inspires your continued effort.

It’s all about stacking the days on top of each other.

You already possess everything you need to accomplish your goals. 

Now it’s a matter of refocusing and applying discipline and consistency where it counts.

Determine your why.

Begin with clear steps.

Surround yourself with Allies.

Track your progress.

And witness the power and results of discipline.
